Living with Purpose and Meaning
Karen aims to help participants embrace their relevance in the world and experience the pleasures of living with purpose and meaning. She provides opportunities to engage in creative conversations and artistic activities that may have been deferred during the busier years.
Karen draws inspiration from local artists, musicians, and craftspeople to help elders reestablish past interests and discover new ways to express their unique talents. She highlights the abundance of creativity within midlife to older adults, often featuring the artistic expertise of class participants themselves. Karen’s classes encourage healthy social engagement among participants as they practice creativity in their daily lives.
Classes need to have a minimum of 6 participants and a maximum of 12 participants and can be customized based on your organization or individual needs. Contact Karen for more information.
“Aging and creativity present an unparalleled opportunity for us as individuals, to grow as we grow older, in ways that in younger years we could not even have dreamed.”
